Register

There are three options for purchasing tickets

  • Online

    Online purchase of tickets is the preferred and most efficient means of registering for the conference. After you have completed the online registration process, you will receive an email confirmation with a QR code. This confirmation will serve as your conference ticket. You may either print this confirmation and bring it with you to the conference or you may download the ticket to your mobile device.

    Lunch Ticket: The lunch ticket (if purchased) is not included with the conference ticket confirmation you receive at the time of your ticket purchase. If you purchased a lunch ticket, the week prior to the event you will receive another email confirmation for your LUNCH purchase. This will serve as your lunch ticket.

  • Mail Order

    Print out Individual Ticket Order Form (PDF) and mail with check made payable to:

    If you are purchasing group tickets, we encourage you to use the online registration option. If this is not possible, please reach out to devotedheartsrochester@gmail.com for additional instructions. For individual tickets, once we receive your ticket request and payment, you will receive an email confirmation that will serve as the entrance ticket to the conference. Tickets are non-refundable, but fully transferable.

Individual Registration
(for registering 1-9 individuals)

The conference ticket and optional lunch ticket will be available at Will Call the day of the event. You will not be mailed a ticket so please print the confirmation notice as your receipt.

Group Registration / Group Discounts
(for registrations of 10 or more)

  • *One FREE TICKET will be mailed with every 10 tickets purchased. Free ticket does not include lunch ticket (limit of 10 free tickets per order/church). Due to the limitations of our online registration system, your free ticket will not appear on the online order confirmation page. However, please be assured your free ticket will be mailed to you along with your other tickets.

  • The Group contact person will receive conference tickets and optional lunch tickets (if purchased) in the mail prior to the conference. Please carefully distribute these to each woman in your group as it will be her entrance to the conference.

Canceling Registration(s)

Tickets are non-refundable, but fully transferable.

Registration Deadline

*Any group tickets ordered after April 14, 2024 will be held at "Will Call" at the conference.
